We just celebrated our 65th Anniversary, and now we are entering a new decade. The year 2010 will bring us new challenges and many changes. In 2010 we shall continue to manage our foodservices contracts resourcefully and handle the forthcoming changes in increases in minimum wages and the incoming HST effectively, in addition to the continued focus on sustainability and other green initiatives.
Our vision is … to create foodservices unique to each client by catering to the changing tastes of today's diners; be Customer-focused, Quality Oriented and Competitively Priced. We conduct all activities with high respect for foodservices directives, environmental and health and safety initiatives.
Our objectives for each cafeteria, dietary and catering service is to

Sustainability and other "Green" Initiatives
Products and menu items that reflect "social consciousness" are on a growth spurt. Some of the biggest implications facing manufacturers are, "organic, hormone and antibiotic-free, locally sourced, free trade and other socially-conscious products.
Canada Catering latest commitment is to work in partnership with our clients to focus on reducing our carbon foot print with respect to reducing, recycling and reusing products and supplies associated with foodservices.
