Canada Catering’s field of expertise is the provision of foodservices at military bases and corporate dining. Canada Catering has administered 156 Food Service contracts for CF bases and cadet camps since 1947: currently at CFC Toronto, CFTS Southport and at LFCA TC Meaford, all under the Alternate Service Delivery Program.

Housekeeping Services
Canada Catering's objectives for each contract are identical, immaterial of the services provided; that is to focus on the Customer’s needs and provide quality products, efficient service and responsive management experienced in the provision of janitorial/housekeeping services.
Our housekeeping janitorial contracts are in conjunction with our food services contracts at military and large remote-site construction camps.
We develop site-specific operational and administrative systems for each project; including human resource and labour relation methodology, standardized purchasing, formalized staff training plans, authorized operating procedures and techniques, quality assurance policies and procedures plus a central administrative system completed in a proficient, timely manner.
Canada Catering provides housekeeping staff with professional equipment and janitorial chemicals along with an effective cleaning schedule to functionally provide the service, but it’s the housekeeping personnel’s service standards that provide the customer with positive responses.
The result is that with a professional approach to the services coupled with improved communications our clients measure Canada Catering with a 99% Customer Survey rating.
